This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and
portions of north central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Areas of flooding persist into tonight, particularly in areas near
and southeast of a line from Plainville to Red Cloud to Hebron.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

A Heat Advisory has been issued for Tuesday with heat indices up
to 105 degrees. Though not quite as hot, heat index values on
Wednesday will still be around 100 degrees.

While there are several chances for thunderstorms in the forecast
later in the week, the best chance for storms will be Wednesday
night through Thursday night when a weak cold front moves through
the area. A few strong to marginally severe storms may occur.

Heat index values could top 100 degrees again next weekend.
