This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and
portions of north central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

There is a small chance for thunderstorms across areas mainly east
of Highway 81 and across portions of north central Kansas late
this afternoon and evening. An isolated strong to marginally
severe storm will be possible with wind gusts of 50 to 60 mph
possible with the strongest storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Periodic chances for showers and thunderstorms will be possible
across parts of the area each day this week, with some of the
overall-higher chances currently focused during the evening and
overnight hours each day.

A few severe storms along with locally heavy rainfall and
potential flooding will be possible mainly west of Highway 281
both Sunday and Monday, with details regarding the potential for
severe thunderstorms or flooding on any particular day beyond
Monday still uncertain at this time.
