.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather conditions will not be favorable today for large
fire growth as relative humidities remain high and temperatures
at or below normal all areas, and well below normal across much
region. Some showers are possible today, maybe even some drizzle
along/north of Interstate 80. Temperatures will vary widely from
north to south with northern areas holding in the 60s and parts
of north central Kansas reaching the lower 80s.
While much warmer and breezy/windy conditions will be noted
Monday, fire concerns will still be minimal as low relative
to humidity values only reach about 35%. Look for some
clouds and possible on/offs showers as well. Toward evening,
chances for a wetting rain increase dramatically as a cold
front moves across the area.
The week week looks damp to wet at times with temperatures below
normal, especially during the daytime a hours (aside from Monday).
