.DISCUSSION...
Highs today will be in the 40s and 50s, with relative humidity
values of 30 to 35 percent west of Highway 183 this afternoon. West-
Southwest winds gusting 20-25mph are possible this afternoon, most
likely west of Highway 183. This will result in conditions falling
shy of fire weather criteria but be not far from reaching
elevated/near-critical.
Warmer on Tuesday as highs climb into the 50s and 60s. Afternoon
relative humidity values fall below 30 percent west of Highway 183.
West-Southwest winds gusting 20-30 mph are expected on Tuesday,
strongest west of Highway 281 in Nebraska. This could result in a
period of elevated to near-critical fire weather conditions during
the afternoon.
