...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...While much of the rain has stopped, though not all, runoff
  continues from heavy rain last night.

* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas, including the following
  counties, Jewell and Smith and south central Nebraska, including
  the following counties, Clay, Fillmore, Nuckolls, Thayer and
  Webster.

* WHEN...Until 700 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Looking for areas of flooding in low lying and flood
  prone areas, especially along creeks and streams.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 347 PM CDT, Runoff from last nights heavy rain will
    continue to cause localized flooding, even along the
    Republican River downstream of Superior.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Superior, Hardy and Burr Oak.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
