...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 3 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flash Flood Watch will expire for a portion of north central
Kansas, including the following areas, Jewell, Mitchell, Osborne,
Rooks and Smith.

Though there is ongoing flooding and still some rainfall in parts of
north central Kansas, the risk for additional heavy rain continues
to lessen with time. The remain showers and thunderstorms should
continue to weaken through sunrise.
