  ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as
  high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Northern Phillips, Northern Valley, Daniels, Sheridan, and
  Roosevelt Counties.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM MDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning commute.
