Arctic high pressure will move to the east today. A low pressure system moves into the region on Thursday with somewhat warmer temperatures. Skies will vary from mostly clear to mostly cloudy today, tonight and Thursday. Highs today will be zero to 10 below in the northeast and zero to 10 above in the southwest. Lows tonight will be 15 below to 25 below zero in the northeast and zero to 15 below in the southwest. Highs on Thursday will be 5 to 15 above north of the Missouri River and 15 to 25 to the south. $$
