* WHEN...From 8 AM this morning to 9 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create
  hazardous conditions for small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Expect wave heights up to 4 feet.
