.DISCUSSION...
Conditions at the burn site will be warm and dry today, followed
by cool and wet tonight due to an approaching cold front. Rainfall
amounts will be light, so the greatest concern will be the
shifting winds. Light and variable winds early this afternoon,
will set up from the northwest around 10 mph this evening. By the
overnight hours tonight, expect those winds to increase to 20 to
30 mph with a few stronger gusts, then only gradually diminishing
through the day on Thursday. Thereafter, cooler temperatures and
slightly higher humidity will prevail through Friday.
