winds may keep it from dispersing at times. Ventialation may be a problem.
Local drainage winds down surrounding coulees may be able to take total
control from light winds into the evening hours pulling any remaining
smoke into the valley overnight. Conditions Thursday will be about 10 to
15 degrees warmer but still unseasonably cold with similar effects.
