.DISCUSSION...
A low pressure system will bring rain to most of the area and
widespread wind through 9 PM this evening before moving eastward.
Lightning strikes are the main fire concern based on the upcoming
strong winds. The lowest rain amounts are expected in southwest
Phillips and Petroleum county. Overall, fire concerns are the
lowest in the northeast based on rainfall amounts (between 0.4 to
0.9 inches of rain).
