.DISCUSSION...
Low pressure will move north across the region today with rain
and scattered thunderstorms. As the low moves into Saskatchewan
this afternoon, strong west winds will develop and continue
tonight and Tuesday. Rain will diminish from south to north in
most areas this afternoon and evening but will return mainly north
of the Missouri River on Tuesday. Dry and warmer weather is
expected Wednesday and Thursday.
