.DISCUSSION...

KEY MESSAGES:

- A few showers in the southwest is the main concern this morning.
Then mainly dry weather is expected for several days.

WEATHER PATTERN OVERVIEW:
Cool 500 millibar temperatures with northwest flow aloft brings
low (20 percent) confidence of showers occurring over the

cold front will pass through this afternoon, so a Lake Wind
Advisory has been issued for winds associated with this
disturbance. There is moderate (50 percent) confidence of dry

prevails. Then temperatures will warm again by early next week to
near average as a ridge builds in.

No significant smoke is expected the next two days.

Increased winds for Fort Peck Lake to NBM 90.
