THE MONTH OF MARCH AT THE GRAND FORKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT WAS WAS
ABOVE NORMAL IN TEMPERATURE AND BELOW NORMAL IN PRECIPITATION.

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH WAS 30.3 DEGREES, WHICH WAS
5.9 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. A RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURE OF 59 DEGREES
WAS SET AT GRAND FORKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ON MONDAY MARCH 10TH,
WHICH BREAKS THE OLD RECORD OF 54 DEGREES SET IN 1977.

PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH WAS 0.45 INCHES, WHICH WAS 0.46 INCHES
BELOW NORMAL. NO DAILY PRECIPITATION RECORDS WERE SET FOR THE MONTH.

SNOWFALL FOR THE MONTH WAS 4.9 INCHES, WHICH WAS 2.5 INCHES BELOW
NORMAL. NO SNOWFALL RECORDS WERE BROKEN FOR THE MONTH.
