...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southwestern Hopkins
County through 900 PM CDT...

At 833 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Brashear, or 7 miles west of Sulphur Springs, moving south-southeast
at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern
Hopkins County, including the following locations... Miller Grove,
Arabla, and Ridgeway.

This includes Interstate 30 between mile markers 110 and 123.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
