...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern Hopkins
and Delta Counties through 615 PM CDT...

At 549 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Cooper Lake, or 9 miles east of Commerce, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Sulphur Springs, Cooper, Big Creek Lake, Cooper Lake State Park,
Cooper Lake, Klondike, Lake Sulphur Springs, Tira, New Birthright,
Ridgeway, Pacio, Ben Franklin, and Peerless.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
