If conditions become unrepresentative...contact the National Weather Service. .DISCUSSION... A sunny and warm day is expected on Tuesday with temperatures reaching the upper 70s. Morning southwesterly winds around 10 knots will gradually increase through the afternoon and become southerly. Mixing heights below 1000 feet will begin the day, however, those will rise to near 4000 feet by the early to mid afternoon. Relative humidity values will drop to the lower 30% range. The clear skies and south breezy winds will persist into Tuesday night. Relative humidity recovery is expected as RH reaches the mid 80% range. By Wednesday, winds will be slightly stronger compared to Tuesday as temperatures rise into the mid 70s. Similar to Tuesday, low mixing heights are expected to start out the day. By the afternoon, mixing heights will climb above 4000 feet. Minimum relative humidity values will be in the mid 40% range. .TUESDAY... Sky/weather.........Sunny (0-10 percent).
