.DISCUSSION...
Hot temperatures are expected again today with highs near 101
and RH dropping to around 30 percent this afternoon. An isolated
shower or thunderstorm is possible this afternoon but unlikely.
Winds will increase in speed tonight into Thursday as former
Tropical Storm Edouard moves into eastern Central Texas. Humidity
will subsequently increase with improved RH recovery tonight and a
slightly higher chance for an isolated shower or thunderstorm
tomorrow afternoon.
