.DISCUSSION...
After a wet morning, conditions will be drying out the rest of the
day as the precipitation shield shifts east. Even with the rain
coming to an end, today`s highs will only reach the mid 40s with
most likely minimum relative humidity values around 70%. At this
time, the expected timing in which relative humidities will dip
below 80% will be after 2pm.

Beyond 2pm, relative humidity values are expected to remain below
80% through the overnight period given a reinforcing shot of dry
air arriving tonight. Tonight, lows will dip into the lower 20s
with no precipitation expected. Winds will be out of the north as
RH maxes out around 77%.

Tomorrow, a cold day is in store with a high of 41. Minimum
relative humidity values will be lower, closer to 42% as north
winds below 10 mph continue.

Mixing heights both this afternoon and tomorrow afternoon will be
around 2500 with a reduction to 1600 tonight.
