.DISCUSSION...
Humid conditions and below-normal temperatures are expected again
today, with a high temperature in the mid 80s coinciding with a
minimum RH of 70-75%. Meanwhile, an upper low centered nearby
will bring good rain chances to the area through at least
Wednesday. Tonight`s lows in the lower 70s will increase RH to
near 100% by daybreak Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon will be a
tough drier, with a high in the mid to upper 80s along with a min
RH of 55-60%.
