.DISCUSSION...
Dry air through a deep layer of the atmosphere will yield sunny skies through the
rest of this afternoon, with clear skies prevailing overnight.  A weak surface ridge of high
pressure along the Texas Gulf coast will result in light southwest to west winds
in the vicinity of the fire through the rest of today and this evening.
Speeds will average 5 to 10 mph for the most part, diminishing to around 5 mph
overnight. Humidities in the 28-35 percent range this afternoon will steadily recover
into the 50-60 percent range by tomorrow morning.
