.DISCUSSION...
The fire weather threat will remain low through the weekend and into
early next week due to the recent rainfall, sustained southerly
winds generally below 12 mph, and afternoon humidity remaining above
35%. No rain is in the forecast through at least the next seven
days. By the middle of next week, triple digit heat will sprawl
across the region and afternoon RH will drop near and below 30%. We
may start to see the drying of finer fuels and increased IA fire
activity toward the second half of the work week, however the threat
for wildfire growth and spread will remain low.
