.DISCUSSION...
Despite above normal temperatures and gusty southerly winds of
15-30 mph (strongest winds expected Thursday into the weekend),
fire threat will remain low due to boundary layer moisture keeping
afternoon humidity levels above 35%. Locations west of US-281 may
see afternoon humidity values in the 25-35% range and south-
southwesterly winds of 20-30 mph on Friday, however fire threat
is still expected to be low owing to the moisture content of
potential fuels from recent rainfall.
