.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather concerns across North and Central Texas will remain
low through at least the next seven days. A gradual warm-up is
expected into Wednesday ahead of another strong cold front that is
forecasted to move through the region from northwest to southeast
late Wednesday evening into Thursday morning. Cold temperatures
will filter in behind the frontal passage with rain chances
returning to much of the area late Wednesday night and Thursday.
The lightning potential is very low. Scattered showers will exit
to the east Thursday night with near-normal temperatures and
mostly sunny conditions returning by the weekend.
