...The National Weather Service in Fort Worth TX has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Texas...

  East Fork Trinity River Near Crandall affecting Kaufman County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...East Fork Trinity River near Crandall.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Moderate out of banks flooding is
  expected. Caution should be exercised near the river. Several
  rural roads will be underwater. Farm and ranch land near the river
  will be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 4.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tomorrow morning and continue rising to 19.7 feet early
    Saturday afternoon. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
