  affecting Dallas County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...White Rock Creek near White Rock Creek At Greenville Ave.

* WHEN...From early this morning to this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 88.0 feet, Moderate flooding will occur along the
  creek. Ball fields at Moss Park are completely flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 87.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 84.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 84.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will crest near 89 feet early this
    morning and fall to 70.5 feet Wednesday evening.

  gage, near the city golf course.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 8.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.0
    feet early this morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    this morning.

  - At 12:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 24.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this morning to a crest of 34.7 feet late this afternoon. It
    will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning.
