EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...West Fork Trinity River near Jacksboro.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Minor flooding along the river reach is
  expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:00 PM CST Friday the stage was 19.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this afternoon to a crest of 20.2 feet just after
    midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage
    tomorrow morning.
