* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...West Fork Trinity River near Jacksboro.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Minor flooding along the river reach is
  expected.
  At 22.0 feet, Moderate flooding along the river reach is expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 20.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.6
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    tomorrow morning.
