Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. Emergency management reported flooded roadways and water rescues in the Rowlett and Sachse areas. Reports of stalled vehicles along US 75 and 15th Street near Plano as well. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
