...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM CDT FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Texas, including
  the following counties, in north central Texas, Fannin and Hunt.
  In northeast Texas, Delta, Hopkins, Lamar and Rains.

* WHEN...From 1 AM CDT Friday through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Low-water crossings may become flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Rainfall totals of 3 to 5 inches, with isolated higher
    amounts up to 8 inches.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
