...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of north central Texas, including the following
  counties, Cooke, Grayson, Jack, Montague, Wise and Young.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Low-water crossings may become flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches, with isolated
    higher amounts up to 3 inches.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
