* Until 445 PM CDT.

* At 358 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles north of
  Fulton, or 13 miles northeast of Mitchell, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 336 PM CDT 60 mph wind gust
           was reported 9 miles north of Mitchell.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.
