...FUNNEL CLOUDS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY REGION...

Showers have developed along a stalled front stretching from near
Parkston north and east through Mitchell, and Howard.  Conditions
are favorable for funnel clouds with any shower that develops.
These types of funnel clouds are usually short lived and weak, and
usually will not touch the ground or cause damage. However, if
you see a funnel cloud and feel your safety is threatened, please
seek shelter.
