HUMIDITY VALUES AND BREEZY WINDS FOR PARTS OF CENTRAL AND EAST
CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...

Warm and dry conditions are expected this afternoon. Coupled with
breezy winds gusting up to 20-25 mph, conditions for fire danger
are expected to be near critical. Locations along and just south
of highway-14 are most likely to experience near critical fire
danger. Check with local officials before attempting any outdoor
burning today.
