...Near Critical Fire Conditions through this afternoon...

Warm and dry conditions are expected this afternoon. Coupled with
breezy winds, conditions for fire are expected to be near
critical. Areas along and east of I-29 are the most likely to
experience near critical conditions. Humidity levels should
decrease to 20-25% this afternoon as winds are weakening.
Occasional gusts of 25-30 mph may create temporary periods of
critical fire conditions.
