Light and variable winds will persist much of the day across southwest Minnesota, with light winds becoming southeast 10-20 MPH west of the James River Valley. The light winds will result in low to moderate Grassland Fire Danger today. A quick moving system will bring areas of rain to the region from Monday afternoon into early Tuesday morning, with the greatest chance of more than 0.10" to 0.25" rainfall occurring north through east of Sioux Falls.
