Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South
Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and
southeast South Dakota.

With temperatures climbing well above freezing during the day, then
falling back below freezing at night, areas with snow cover will want
to be mindful of the potential for nighttime refreeze of melted snow
on untreated roads and sidewalks.
