This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South
Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and
southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Below normal temperatures along with breezy northwest winds will
lead to single digit wind chills this morning and tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Below to well below normal temperatures will persist through the
Thanksgiving holiday week. Confidence is high (>80%) that
temperatures will remain below freezing from Thanksgiving onward,
with moderate (40-60%) chances that highs will not reach 20 degrees
in some areas on Friday and Saturday. Sub-zero wind chill are
expected for most areas each night over the weekend starting Friday
night.
