This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South
Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and
southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Areas of showers and storms will continue today, mainly early this
morning and again this afternoon in areas along and east of the
Interstate 29 corridor.

Storms this morning may produce locally heavy rainfall in portions
of northwest Iowa.

Conditions midday into this afternoon favor the potential for weak
funnel clouds as showers and storms are developing. If funnel clouds
develop, they are typically short lived and weak, and usually do not
touch the ground or cause damage. However, those with outdoor plans
should keep an eye to the sky and seek shelter if you feel your
safety is threatened.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Additional storms are possible late Monday into Tuesday, and again
later in the week Thursday into Friday. While details are uncertain,
a few strong to severe storms may develop, so continue to monitor
your local forecast for updates.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
