Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...James River near Forestburg.

* WHEN...From late tonight until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, 241st St begins to flood where it crosses
  the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight and continue rising to a crest around 13.3 feet
    early Monday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
