  James River at Huron affecting Beadle County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...James River at Huron.

* WHEN...From late tonight to early Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Rural and agricultural areas begin to
  experience flooding

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 11.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    around midnight tonight and continue rising to a crest around
    12.7 feet Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 11.5 feet.
