PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 10.5 feet, 473rd Avenue north of the gauge begins to
flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.4 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:45 AM CDT Thursday was 10.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to begin to fall late today
and then fall below flood stage Sunday morning.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
