Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

* IMPACTS...At 10.5 feet, 473rd Avenue north of the gauge begins to
  flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 10.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:45 AM CDT Tuesday was 10.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest around
    10.4 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    early Saturday morning.
  - Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
