The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Apache County in northeastern Arizona...

* Until 745 PM MDT.

* At 709 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles northwest
  of Nazlini, or 14 miles south of Chinle, moving northwest at 30
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
           roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Chinle, Nazlini, Chinle Municipal Airport, Hope Arch, Flat Rock and
  Salina.

This includes Highway 191 between mile markers 428 and 447.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
