...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT AREAS NEAR WINSLOW IN NAVAJO
COUNTY UNTIL 8 PM MST /9 PM MDT/...

At 737 PM MST /837 PM MDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm over Hibbard, or 12 miles east of Winslow, and is
stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
  Winslow, Hibbard, Clear Creek Reservoir, Manila, Homolovi Ruins
  State Park, Bushman Acres, Joseph City, Jackrabbit, and Little
  Painted Desert Country Park.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 40 between mile markers 252 and 274.
Business Interstate 40 between mile markers 252 and 257.
State Route 99 between mile markers 29 and 42.
State Route 87 between mile markers 339 and 362.
