...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 7 PM MST SUNDAY DUE
TO STRONG WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE LITTLE COLORADO
RIVER VALLEY IN APACHE COUNTY...

The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has issued a Red Flag
Warning due to strong winds and low relative humidity, which is
in effect from 11 AM to 7 PM MST Sunday. The Fire Weather Watch
is no longer in effect. A Red Flag Warning is also in effect today
from 11 AM to 7 PM MST.

* AFFECTED AREA...Locations near Eagar-Springerville and Saint
  Johns.

* WINDS...Southwest 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph today.
  West-southwest 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph Sunday.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 8 percent today, and 13-16 percent
  Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop or are ongoing will have the
  potential to spread rapidly.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring or are imminent. A combination of strong
winds and low relative humidities can contribute to extreme fire
behavior.

Please notify field crews of this Red Flag Warning.

EAST CENTRAL ARIZONA...

* AFFECTED AREA...Locations near Alpine, Dilkon, Holbrook,
  Kykotsmovi, Pinetop-Lakeside, Show Low, Snowflake-Taylor, Tuba
  City, Whiteriver and Winslow. This includes portions of the
  Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest.

* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts 40 to 45 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 9 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop or are ongoing will have the
  potential to spread rapidly.
