* WHERE...Little Colorado River Valley, and Painted Desert.

* WHEN...From 11 AM MST /noon MDT/ this morning to 11 PM MST
  /midnight MDT/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could snap resulting in a few power outages. Travel will be
  difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

by the wind.
