.DISCUSSION...Dry air has moved over northwestern Arizona and is expected
to remain in place through Friday. This will keep the chance for rainfall
around 10 percent, with weather similar to what was experienced Wednesday.
Daytime max temperatures in the lower elevations are expected to be in the
mid to upper 90s through at least Friday. Winds will continue to favor a
southwest direction around 10 to 20 mph, with some gusts up to 30 mph during
the day, then weakening at night.
