.DISCUSSION...An active monsoon pattern will continue through the
weekend and into next week with daily rounds of showers and thunderstorms.
Steering flow is generally moving storms from the northeast to the
southwest. Flash flooding will be the primary concern, with gusty
outflow winds of 30-40 mph also possible near storms. Temperatures
remain below average with daily minimum humidity ranging from
45 to 60%. The active monsoon pattern looks to continue through
much of next week.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny then becoming mostly cloudy.
                    Slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in
                    the morning, then showers and thunderstorms
                    likely in the afternoon.
Chance of pcpn......20-30% in the morning increasing to 70 percent.
Chance lightning....20 percent increasing to 80 percent in the
                    afternoon.
Max temperature.....Around 75 at the top of the rim to around
                    85 in the lower elevations.
Min humidity........52-64 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Light and variable winds around 4 to 6 mph.
                    Gusty and erratic wind gusts expected near thunderstorms.
